Orders, Deliveries & Returns
What if the product I want is no longer on the site? Will it become available again?
This depends on the item. Many pieces come back in stock, but we do sell some one-of-a-kind, seasonal, and limited edition items. We partner with up and coming artists, and each agreement is unique, which also changes whether or not a product will be restocked. If you love a product that's no longer on the website, please contact us at support@minervamix.com, and we'll let you know the status of that particular piece!
Where can I find details on shipping information?

How do you calculate your shipping and handling charges?
Shipping rates are calculated based on the price total of the merchandise in your cart, and handling fees are included. As closely as possible, our shipping rates are an accurate reflection of the rates that we incur from our shipping partners to safely package and deliver your order, and ensure that it meets the highest expectations. If you have any questions or concerns about how shipping is calculated on your order, our Customer Care team will be happy to assist you.
I need my items FAST! Can I do a rush order?
We are happy to rush orders at an additional charge of $35 per order. Just send us an email at support@minervamix.com, and let us know your situation.
My items arrived broken! How do I get replacements?
Oof, that sometimes happens. If your items arrive damaged, we'll re-ship them at no charge. Please email us at support@minervamix.com, letting us know which items were damaged, and we'll make things right.
Do you ship overseas?
We currently ship to the United States only. If you're outside of the USA, please email us at support@minervamix.com, and let us know where you're located! This way, we know which countries to offer shipping to first, when we're able to go international.
How do I make a return?

How long does my refund take?
Refunds are generally processed within 1-2 weeks of your returned merchandise arriving back at our warehouse. This allows us to receive your return, and confirm it's in the original, unused condition. Since all our online orders require payment cards as the method of payment, your refund will be issued as a credit back to the same card used to make the original purchase.
How do I change or cancel my order completely?
When you submit your order online, it's instantly entered into our database, your order confirmation email is sent, and your payment is verified by our system. If you'd like to change something or cancel your order, please email our Customer Care team at support@minervamix.com. If your order has not passed through fulfillment yet, we may be able to change/cancel it for you. If we are unable to cancel your order, you may always return your order to use for a full refund of the merchandise value.
How will I know that you've received my order?
Once items have been ordered, a confirmation page will show a summary of your transaction. You may choose to print this for your records, if you like. An email version of the summary will be sent as well, provided that we have an accurate email address for you. Not seeing the email? Check your spam folder, they sometimes land there.
How do I know if my items are available for immediate shipment?
If the item is not in stock, our Customer Care team will contact you immediately with an estimated date and an option to backorder or cancel. Occasionally, we discover that an in-stock item is damaged or defective, and replacing it results in the item becoming temporarily unavailable. Should this occur, we will notify you immediately. We strive to fulfill your order as promptly as possible! Any delay will not incur further charges.
What if an item is on backorder?
We make every effort to display the most current and accurate product inventory information. If unexpectedly high demand makes an item unavailable for immediate shipment, we will notify you with an estimated restock date.
Will I receive all the items in my order at the same time?
We ship your items when they are available. If all of the items on your order are in-stock and ready to ship, you'll receive them at the same time. We might ship your order in multiple boxes, depending on the size, weight, and number of items in your order, in order to get all of your items to you safely. If an item is backordered or delayed, it will ship separately at no extra charge.
How do I use a promo/coupon code?
Lucky you! Using a discount code is easy. Just enter the code in your shopping cart, in the "Discount code" field, to receive a discount on your order. Discount codes are not applicable to previous purchases. Only one promo code per purchase. Not combinable with any other offers. Shipping and handling charges still apply. The codes are limited time only, so use 'em quick!
Is my credit card information secure?
Yes. We encrypt all payment card information during transmission and storage, so your data is private and secure. Just as we want ours to be!
Email Subscription
How do I change my email address?
Please email our Customer Care team at support@minervamix.com in order to change your email address. Let us know your old email and new one, and we'll get it squared away!
Will you share my email address with others?
Nope! We keep all email addresses private.
How do I unsubscribe from your email list?
We'd be bummed to see you go, but you're welcome back anytime! You can unsubscribe any time you like by clicking "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of any of our emails. Or, if you prefer, you can contact us at support@minervamix.com, and we can get you unsubscribed.

Can I get a discount code?
We send discount codes to our email list regularly! If you'd like in on the savings, please subscribe to our emails by submitting your info into the form in the footer of our website.
